🫱🏾‍🫲🏼We welcome everyone at our studio! Members enjoy exclusive rates, while studio guests can book services at standard pricing.

🤑 Studio guests are required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferrable booking fee at the time of scheduling. Additionally, we apply an after-hours surcharge for appointments after 5pm on weekdays and all weekend appointments, which is paid upon service completion.

🚨 We require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.

📅 We permit one complimentary reschedule within 30 days from your original appointment date.

⏳ We know Bay Area traffic can be crazy and try to have a 10-minute grace period for most services. If you’re running late, send us a text and let us know!

💳 We are a cashless studio. Debit/Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are the only accepted forms of payment.
