Refund & Return Policy

We value every purchase made at the GLOWDEGA™ and want you to have the best possible experience with them to ensure a healthy glow up! However, we understand that this may not be possible for everyone. We strongly encourage booking a consultation with our lead esthetician if you are unsure about a product before purchasing or ordering a sample so that you can patch test.

We currently are offering no refunds on any of the items. 

If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please send us photos along with your order number to shop@glowdega.com and we will work with our stockists and carrier to get a new package out to you as quickly as possible.
